Who does the work
Epoxy Flooring Durban takes your enquiry, arranges the site visit, recommends a system and issues the written quote. Preparation and coating on site are carried out by our appointed installation contractor, working on our behalf and to the quote you accepted. Questions or concerns about the work come to us.
The pictures on this site
The floor images on this website, including the finish examples, are computer-generated illustrations. They show the kind of finish each system can give. They are not photographs of floors we have laid, and they do not show any real customer's home or business. Colours on a screen will also look different from the same finish in a real room.
Prices are a guide, not a quote
The figures on our pricing page and elsewhere on the site give a rough idea of cost and nothing more. Your actual price depends on the size of the floor, the system, the state of the concrete, any moisture treatment and access to the space. It is fixed only in the written quote that follows a site visit.
Technical information is general
Where we quote cure times, humidity limits, moisture limits or temperatures, they come from coating manufacturers' published data sheets or from climate records, and we name the source next to them. They describe typical conditions. Your own slab, the weather on the day and the exact product chosen can change the answer, which is why every floor is tested before work is agreed. Nothing on this site is engineering advice for a specific building, and it should not be used as instructions for laying a floor yourself.
Outside links and product names
We occasionally link to a public body or a manufacturer's data sheet so you can check a figure for yourself. We do not control those sites. Naming a product, material or organisation does not mean it endorses us or that we have a business relationship with it.
Warranties
Any warranty on a floor depends on the system and the conditions found on site. It is set out in your quote, so ask about it then. Nothing on this website is a warranty in its own right.
Your consumer rights
We try to keep this website accurate and current, but it can contain mistakes. We are not responsible for decisions made on the strength of general information here without a quote for your floor. Nothing on this page limits the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other South African law.
